Abstract

Objective To discuss the infection distribution and drug resistance of enterobacter cloacae, according as the convenient for guidance the clinical doctors to use drug rationally. Methods We used France Biomerieux Compact microbial identification and drug sensitivity analysis system to analyze the enterobacter cloacae, and analyzed the results. Results In 129 enterobacter cloacae samples, the mainly origin of the bacterial strain was phlegm for 63.75 percent, urine for 11.63 percent and the other secretion. Conclusions An enterobacter cloacae mainly causes infection of respiratory tract and urinary tract in clinic, which has higher drug resistance, the clinical doctors should be according the drug allergy result to choose the antibacterial agent.
