Effect of MA Regimen in Treatment of Adult Acute Non-lymphocytic Leukemia

Abstract

Objective To evaluate mitoxantrone,cytarabine(MA) program for the induction treatment of adult acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL) patients with untreated patients.Methods Mitoxantrone an quinone(mitoxantrone) and cytosine arabinoside(cytarabine) in 35 cases of adult ANLL patients with chemotherapy.Results Clinical and hematological complete remission(CR) 15 cases(42.9%),partial remission(PR) 9 cases(25.7%),68.6% total efficiency.Conclusion On the basis of strong support for treatment,MA in the treatment of adults with refractory acute non-lymphocytic leukemia has a good effect,and its side effects can be tolerated.
