Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of mitoxantrone and cytarabine in treatment of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL).Methods A total of 30 patients with ANLL were treated with mitoxantone 10~15 mg/d for 3 days;cytarabine 200 mg/d for 7 days.The therapeutic efficacy and side effects were observed.Results The total effective rate was 90%.The main side effects were bone marrow depression,gastrointestinal tract response,secondary infection,alopecie and liver damage.Conclusion MA project is effect in treatment of ANLL,which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
