Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ademetionine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis with cholestasis.Mehtods:Sixty-one chronic hepatitis patients with cholestasis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups were treated with Ganlixin and PHGF.Ademetionine was added to the treatment group. Results:After 2-week treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.9% vs 66.7%).The total bilirubin(TbiL),bile acid, alkaline phosphatase and γ-glutamyltransferase in the treatment group were decreased by(60.2±15.6)umol/L,(112.1±23.3)umol/L,(140.2±32.7)U/L and GGT(180.6±41.3)U/L,respectively,with a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional therapy, the combined therapy with ademetionine is more effective in the improvement of the clinical symptoms and liver function indicators in the chronic hepatitis patients with cholestasis, with quickly decreased jaundice and better safety.
