Abstract
Market economy is credit economy,in which credit becomes the foundation for achieving efficient resource distribution.Since the 16th Conference of Communist Party,the task of innovating the credit system of market economy has been proposed clearly.However,there still many disadvantages constraining the development of credit system.So there is a great need to develop enterprise credit system by means of system innovation.
