On Establishing Credit Management System of Modern Enterprises

The essence of modern market economy lies in credit economy which is based on contract while the body of credit economy consists of various enterprises.With China's entry into WTO and its active participation in global economy,the establishment of credit system has become the core and basis for the development of a company in the long run.This paper analyzes the current credit situation of Chinese companies and discusses how to build a modern credit system in addition to a brief description of the organization and functions of this system.
