Determination of Metal Elements in Muyushi Bag Tea Soak and Digestive Juice

In order to understand what mental elements Muyushi Bag Tea contains and to investigate influence of the soaking time and temperature on extraction of its contained metal elements,metal elements in its digestive juice and soak(filtrated with paper)were determined by ICP AES and AAS.The results showed the trace elements of iron,copper,zinc and strontium,indispensable for the human body,were contained in Muyushi,with highest content in iron.The elements harmful to the human body,such as lead and chromium,were not discovered.The best condition was water temperature in 100℃ for one hour.The findings indicate that to drink Muyushi Bag Tea is beneficial for supplementing some trace elements not enough taken from normal diet.
