Abstract
The content of trace elements in tea and its extraction liquid was determined by atomic-absorption spectrometry. The results showed that there were rich mineral elements and essential trace elements for human body in tea and its extraction liquid. The extraction rate of different trace elements is different.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
