To establish a new structure for Fujian agricultural development

In order to meet the demand of realizing agricultural modernization in the light of the Fujian agricultural circumstances,this paper put forward the strategies of establishing a new structure for agriculture and rural economic development.It detailed the specific countermeasures from such seven aspects as adjusting products structure,developing feature agriculture,promoting the overall level of township enterprises,applying “science and technology to farmers”,enhancing the establishment of market system,developing farmers’cooperative economic organizations and promoting Fujian\|Taiwan agicultural cooperation.The countermeasures towards the entry of WTO and new ways of enforcement of administrative law in agriculture,agricultural information service,agricultural test and supervision and agricultural favorable policies were also raised in the paper.
