Information technology based development of agriculture in the current situation in Fujian

Low quality farm products, low efficiency, low growth of farmers' income, excessive consumption of agricultural resource, environmental damage, and poor international competitive ability of agriculture are analyzed and found to be closely related to the issue of information technology based development of agriculture. Therefore, only by accelerating information technology based development of agriculture can we break through the present bottleneck restrictions in agricultural and rural economic development in Fujian, and open up a new prospect of reform and development in the 21st century.
