Abstract

The education reform is the content which has the positive sense and the enormously social effects in New Policy Time by the end of Qing dynasty.It is unable to help the dynasty itself,but its reforming measures has established the foundation of Chinese mordem education,and in a certain it has impelled chinese society's progress.
