Abstract

The present paper discusses the significance of implementation of the system of centralized management of national treasury revenue-expenditure in colleges and universities in China. The author suggests that the government should promote the implementation of this centralized management system, and puts forward some solutions to the existing problems, including establishment of a new payment mechanism for loans, coordination and cooperation among the departments concerned in their work, information sharing and improvement of the accounting system in colleges and universities.
