Reflections on Centralized Payment System of National Treasury in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The national treasury centralized payment system is an important content of China's fiscal reform.As the implementation units of such system,colleges and universities have encountered many problems in their practical work.The paper,starting from the significance of the national treasury centralized payment,analyses these problems and the causes and puts forward ways to solve the problems so as to implement better the system.
