The Factors Affecting College Students' "Capability of Tolerating Setback" and the Countermeasure

Abstract

College students' of tolerating setback depends on their psychological quality,and decides whether they can become all-developed real talents. The fact that more and more contemporary college students have been stricken with psychological problems indicates that they must learn how to cope with setbacks. This paper analyzes the factors affecting their capability of tolerating setbacks and puts forward some countermeasures.
