Cultivation of College Students' Innovative Consciousness: a Requirement for Sustainable Development of National Innovation System

The construction of national innovation system is a strategy to promote national science and technology competitiveness and improve the national comprehensive strength. As the mainstay of the construction of national innovation system, colleges and universities bear the responsibility to cultivate innovative talents. College students promise the future of a state or a nation, so the construction of their innovative consciousness has a direct effect on the national innovation system of sustainable development, and becomes the basic requirement for institutions of higher learning scientific to practice scientific development. Therefore we should strengthen probe and research on effective ways to cultivate college students' innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial spirit.
