Abstract

Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for the development of a nation,exploring innovative talent to meet the social requirements is the responsibility of each higher education workers.In this article,according to how to create an atmosphere,to strengthen guidance,the base model,the system of incentives and other effective measures, strengthen technology and innovative spirit of college students to explore the training mode.
