A relativity study between quality of life and psychological status in patients with coronary heart disease.

Abstract
Objective In order to understand the quality of life and mental health conditions in patients with coronary heart disease and the relationship between the two for guiding the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease treatment.Methods The 288 cases of coronary heart disease was studied from July 2007 to 2009 by the anxiety,depression self-rating scale and quality of life determination of scale.Results Overall score quality of life in patients was 47.7±7.95,and the patient′s sex,age,family origin,occupation,educational level,psychological state of anxiety and depression were related with quality of life.Conclusion Coronary heart disease patients have higher anxiety and depression,which were related with their quality of life,this is worthy of clinical attention.
