The dissimilative tendency in idiom translation

Combined with contemporary globalization of economy and culture,this paper explains that the strategy of dissimilation will become the tendency of idiom translation.Through probing the dissimilative treatment in idiom translation,this paper provides some strategy of idiom translation,and points out translators should preserve the foreignessas much as possible and transfer specific cultural images to achieve the goal of understanding exotic culture,enriching national culture and promoting cultural exchange.
