Abstract
Objective:To detect serum Lp(a) and hs-CRP level,to study their correlation with coronary heart disease. Methods: The selected 96 inpatients received selective coronary angiography according to the results of SCAG and were divided into the coronary heart disease group and the control group for measuring the level of serum Lp(a) and hs-CRP.Results:Serum Lp(a) and hs-CRP of the coronary heart disease group were higher than those of the control group. The relationship between serum Lp(a) and hs-CRP was posi-tive.Conclusion:The level of Lp(a) and hs-CRP is significantly associated with coronary heart disease, which were both independent risk factors of coronary artery disease;serum Lp(a) and hs-CRP can be used as a sensitive indicator of coronary heart disease to provide guidance for the diagnosis and prevention of coronary heart disease.
