Abstract
Objective:To establish the method for studying the optimum the technology for extraction of total flavonoids in the root of Sophora flavescens Ait.Methods:The effects of factors like ethanol concentration, temperature, extraction time, frequency, and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of flavonoids were examined through odd factor test and orthogonal test. Results:The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:refluxing and extracting with 20-fold 80%(v/v)alcohol for 1 h once in 80℃ water bath. Conclusion:The optimum process is stabile, convenient and high efficiency for extraction of total flavonoids in the Sophora flavescens Ait.
