Abstract
The extraction of alkaloids from sophora flavescens ait with CO2SFE was studied.By use of orthogonal design ,the effects of pressure, temperature and time on extractabilities of alkaloids were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions of CO2SFE were:pressure 30 MPa,temperature 45℃,time 5h for the extraction, with NH4OH as an alkalizer and MeOH as an entrainer. The extraction rate of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction was about 24 times as that of traditional solvent extraction.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.

Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
