Abstract
The digital reference service has become one of the focus problems affecting the development of Chinese libraries at present. Based on analyzing the problems in foreign digital reference service and their causes, this paper probes into the working processes and creating procedures of the digital reference service for the purpose of guiding Chinese digital reference service to healthy operating.
