Endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis clinical analysis

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods Selecting 140 cases with chronic sinusitis in the author's hospital from March 2010 to May 2012 were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group,each group of 70 cases,The comparison group used the traditional from the outside into the way of surgery,the study group used nasal endoscopic sinus surgery,compared the clinical curative effect.Results The efficient and cure rate of experimental group were obviously better than the control group (P 0.05);The recurrence rate and complication rates of experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis can significantly improve the effective rate and cure rate,at the same time decrease the recurrence rate and incidence rate of postoperative complications,in clinical treatment achieved favorable effect,and is worth further promotion.
