Abstract

Objective To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody and rheumatoid factor in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Select 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),45 cases of non-RA rheumatic diseases and 40 cases of healthy individuals.Anti cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody was detected by ELISA,and rheumatoid factor was detected by rate nephelometry, then compared the sensitivity,Specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value. Results The specificity and the positive predictive value of combined detection of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody and rheumatoid factor were significantly higher than Single detection(P0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of anti cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody and rheumatoid factor will improve the specificity of RA detection, and it is good for the early diagnosis of RA.
