Abstract
Objective To investigate the budesonide nasal spray and desloratadine tablets in combination treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 150 patients diagnosed with allergic rhinitis were divided into 3 groups .The combined group were given budesonide nasal spray and desloratadine tablets to (combined group) 50 cases,budesonide aerosol (single drug group A 50 cases), to loratadine tablets (single drug B).All the groups were observed 2 weeks, and the signs and symptoms before and after treatment scores were compared. Results The group's recent total effective rate was 96%, single drug A group was 75%, single drug group B was 68%, the United Group was better than single drug A group and the monotherapy group B, no obvious adverse reactions existed. Conclusion budesonide nasal spray combine with desloratadine tablets in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is safe and effective.
