Abstract
There is inalienable inner link between the improvement of the Party's governing capability and the construction of socialist harmonious society.In order to improve the construction of socialist harmonious society and strengthen the Party's governing capability,we should do our best to boost up continually the substance foundation for the harmonious society by developing the socialist productivity;strengthen continually the political guarantee for the harmonious society by developing the socialist democracy;consolidate continually the spirit support for the harmonious society by developing the socialist advanced culture and create continually good international circumstance for the harmonious society by dealing with international affairs properly.
