Abstract
At the critical stage of China's construction of socialist modernization,the Party's Central Committee promptly proposes the goal of constructing a harmonious socialist society.The harmonious society is a goal and also is a dynamic development process.Constructing the harmonious socialist society needs joint efforts of the ruling party and all the participating parties.The harmonious political party relation is the guarantee of realizing the goal.
