Abstract

Objective Analysis of the clinical treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods Select secretory otitis media in patients admitted in our hospital from February 2008 to March 2012,178 cases,according to the different treatment is divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group,to give the middle ear puncture plus drug therapy,the treatment groupplus microwave treatment on the basis of the control group and 10 days of treatment,the two groups were compared effect.Results The total effective rate of 83.3% and 62.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the middle ear puncture and drug treatment based on the addition of microwave treatment of secretory otitis media with significant clinical effect,effective and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
