Development of Eco-tourism Economy and the Exploitation of the Western Regions

Since the center government put forward the strategy of the exploitation in western regions,the western regions get a rare opportunity to develop. To exploit the western regions means to take the advantage of the abundant resources in the local area and to overcome the disadvantages in the process of the exploitation. In addition to that, we have to adjust the industry structure and build up a pillar industry, which can accelerate the development of the local regions even that of the whole country. On the basis of analyzing developing model of inland and outland, the author point out a good way to solve the problem. That is to develop tourism; especially eco-tourism energetically is a good way. Because there is good economic benefit, less investment, little influence on the environment, which can promote the sustainable development for the population, environment and society economics in west China.
