Abstract
OBJECTIVE An HPLC method was established for the determination ginkgolides in ginkgo sustained release capsules. METHODS Analytical column was Spherisorb C_ 18 ,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (30∶70),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 . The detector was a refractometer. RESULTS The calibration curves of ginkgolides were linear in the concentration range of 10~80 mg·L -1 ( r = 0.9996 , 0.9995 , 0.9999 , 0.9997 ). The recovery was 100.0% . 99.1% , 99.2% , 99.9% , respectively. The RSD was less than 6.6% . CONCLUSION The method was simple, accurate and can be used for determination of ginkgolides in the ginkgo sustained release capsules.
