Discussion on Public Service Marketization in China and the Duties of the Government

For a long term,because our government monopolize the provision of the public property and service,at the same time,our government have expent more money on providing economic service than on providing social service,those make our government fall short in providing public service and be unable to guarantee the basic social candor,moreover,those have affect the stable of the society and impede the pulsion of the market economy innovation.Therefore,we must reform the supply mechanism of the public service.We can use the experience of the western government’s practice in new public management movement,which is to marketize the public service. In the process of the marketization,our government should create and perfect the conditions for the marketization.
