Differential treatment of women with acne vulgaris

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Differential treatment of women with acne vulgaris.Methods 104 cases of women with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups.36 patients in control group were treated by routine therapy.68 acne vulgaris patients with wind heat of lung meridian type,damp-heat of intestines and stomach type and spleen deficiency leading to phlegm-damp type were treated by Pibaqingfei drink,Yinchengao decoction and Sijunzi decoction combined with Siwu decoction,respectively.The course was two weeks in two groups.The levels of serum testosterone(T) were detected before treatment and after 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Results The level of serum T after 2 and 4 weeks after treatment was decreased obviously in comparison with that before treatment in treatment group(P0.05).The level of serum T after 4 weeks after treatment was decreased obviously in comparison with that before treatment in control group(P0.05).There was significant difference between two groups on serum T after 4 weeks after treatment(P0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group(92.65%) was higher than that in control group(66.67%,P0.05).Conclusion Differential treatment of women with acne vulgaris has definite effect,and can effectively regulate endocrine.
