Abstract
Traditional streaming media platform acquire higher server performance,network bandwidth and other conditions,so it has certain limitations on the campus network video application service. This paper presents a framework based on P2P streaming video teaching platform,distributed real-time streaming media technology,P2P networks and the perfect combination,and implemented live video and on-demand capabilities.
