Logic and Enlightenment of Internal Morality of Law:Thoughts of Chinese legal Administration Based on Fuller's Theory of Morality of Law

The internal morality of law constitutes the essence of Fuller's theory of the relationship between law and morality.The internal morality of law should be understood and grasped from the following three progressive aspects:the internal morality of law has its own tension and contradiction;the internal morality in law is largely the morality of wishes;the internal morality of law makes a cause of law.Its combination with our realistic life helps understand better Fuller's original idea of the morality of law.The internal morality of law offers inspiration for China's legal administration in the following three aspects:enhancement of regulation administration,guidance of citizens' enlightenment,and promotion of negotiation by dialogue.
