Abstract
Chinese traditional law morality emphasizes on the means,the morality of judges and the substantive justice of human feelings oriented.The positioning of morality is not national consciousness but the internal features forming in the process of ethnic historical culture,which constitutes the foundation of the characteristics of Chinese legal system in the construction of modern Chinese rule of law.
