Abstract

The medium and small-sized enterprises in our country is of more and more effect in the development of national economy and society.Starting with the necessity of the construction of medium and small-sized enterprises,the article analyzed the lack of understanding,insufficiency of core values,dense family consciousness,deficiency of innovative spirit,and based on the above-mentioned problems the article put forward the countermeasures to the corporate cultural construction of medium and small-sized enterprises.
