A review of current status and reflection of the clinical nursing quality evaluation in China

With the continuous improvement of nursing quality evaluation standards,it has been the focus in nursing management to improve the validity of nursing quality management.This paper reviewed the current status and problems in clinical nursing quality evaluation in China from the aspects of scope, organization,standards and index.It is suggested to establish standard and scientific nursing quality evaluation criteria and evaluation system,further to embodypatient - orientedservice idea and focus on patients' satisfaction,and thereby to fit the development trends of society.
