Gansu is a province dominated by agriculture,the rural population base,abundant labor resources,if effectively develop better use of this resource will have a tremendous social and economic benefits.In this paper,human resources in rural areas in Gansu as the research object,in depth analysis of the province's status and rural human resources development on the basis of constraints,combined with the construction of new rural.background corresponding countermeasures and suggestions put forward.
