Abstract

Based on an investigation on its status in quo,the achievements of the construction of rural water resources in Shandong Province since 1949 were summarized.The existing problems in the construction of the rural water resources and the operation management were analyzed.The corresponding countermeasures were put forward from the following 3 aspects:to strengthen the construction of rural water resources,to improve the management of rural water resources,ant to raise investment into rural water resources.
