Abstract

Through the orthogonal experiment and the variance analysis,obtains the best condition on enzymic hydrolysis: In pH is 6.0 cushions liquids is center,the enzymic hydrolysis temperature is 38℃, the enzymic hydrolysis time is 90 minutes, adds the enzyme addition is 4.0 mg (4%), the enzymic hydrolysis rate is 82.55%.
