Abstract
This paper discussed the concepts of the grey literature and the present situation to study and develop the grey literature.It also analyzed the kinds,characteristics and information value of the grey literature,probed into the methods and channels to acquire the literature and suggested the ways to strengthen development and utilization of the grey literature.
