Abstract
The grey literature has become one of important contents of today's information resources construction.This paper makes systematic discussion on the concept,types and features of the grey literature,expounds the values and functions of the grey literature in scientific research and management,and puts forward some concrete measures for the development and utilization of the grey resources.
