Abstract

The growing up of new digital media is not only a change in the form of media,but also a profound change in the environment of educational technology.The opportunity and challenge of the fourth revolution in educational technology will come by introducing the new media technology,realizing the upgrading of curriculum,and thinking of the development of educational technology and mode of talent training reform from a completely new angle of the application of digital media.
