Abstract
Heart fatty acid-binding protein gene isolated from porcine (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) muscle tissue, were amplified by RT-PCR. The product of 0.124 kb fragment in length was obtained as expected. Then, the amplified fragment was cloned into the pDM18-T vector and identified by PCR and sequence. The results demonstrated that nucleotide homology with other published H-FABP genes was between 94%~100%, and deduced amino acid homology was between 100% respectively.
