The Mode of Future Law System Adjustment in China

This paper combines civil law commercial law,holding that commercial law should be independent whether the dependent one accelerates the social progress,or the characteristics of the adjustment objects.Further more,we should adjust the contemporary law system to see whether it can do good to the future operating of mode law system.Therefore,commercial law shouldnot be regarded as an independent juridical department.Commercial law code cannot exist in the future mode of law adjustment. The traditional commercial law is supposed to be separated,with some affiliated to civil law code,some affiliated to economic law,and the rest standing independently as a specialized civil law.As it is how that civil law code-economic law-specialized civil law system comes into force.
