Commercial law is inevitable outcome of merchandise economic development, it produces because of needs of specific period , should also change with development of specific environment, the commercial law of civil law melt make civil law and commercial law more and more tend to tolerant relation and that had been contained , and economic law can not replace or include commercial law. Our country should regard commercial law as special law of civil law and cany out business of people join a legislative style.
