Carrying on the human capital investment reasonably and transforming the population resources burden to the human capital superiority to create conditions for transformation of our country's economy growth way,has become the hot topic to which the society from all walks of life pays attention.Because the education investment is the main way of the human capital investment,the author attempts from the angle of education investment to analyze the problems in our country's human capital investment: investment quantity is insufficient,the quality is not high and the structure is unreasonable.Carrying on the human capital investment reasonably should insist on scientific development view,narrow the gap of income distribution,establish and perfect human capital property right system,and dispose the education resources by adopting the method of taking the market mechanism disposition as the main way and the government disposition as the auxiliary way.
