Abstract
Low cost,high and quick are necessary for enterprises in competitive market.Cost can be reduced and flow raised quickly by implementing Lean Manufacturing,and variations can be found and removed effectively to enhance and improvement by applying Six Sigma.Since it combines the speed of Lean with quality of Six Sigma,Lean Six Sigma becomes an efficient way to enhance enterprise's predominance.By analyzing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma,this paper proposes that establishing company culture and culture can ensure implementing Lean Six Sigma successfully and also gives some advices for the problems during Lean Six Sigma implementation.All these studies can help the managers in China to understand Lean Six Sigma correctly and to execute it successfully.
