Abstract

It was researched that processing of purification total flavones of Ginkgo biloba L.leaves by HZ-841 adsorption resin and the experiment result was as followed. The yield is 4.8%,and the purity 21.7%. While the flavones from a defat powder of Ginkgo biloba L.leaves was extracted by 10 BV alcohol which concentration was 70% and by three times, therefore, the yield or the purity is 2.63% and 13.4% respectively using 30 BV water and microwaves that treatment time was 30 min at unfreezing gear. The dynamic exchange capacity is 0.265 g/mL resin and the equilibrium time 10 min respectively at pH 7.0.The adsorption capacity was effected marked by hydrogen concentration and at pH 5.0 the static adsorption capacity is arrived to 0.322 g/mL resin.Total flavones of Ginkgo biloba L.leaves which was adsorbed by HZ-841 resin could be eluted by alcohol, and the yield is 1.8% when pH was equal to 9.0,alcohol concentration 90%,eluting rate 3 BV/h and volume 5 BV.A yellow powder of the total flavones was obtained through alcohol elution, vacuum enrichment and dry,but the yield is 2.41%,the total flavones concentration 37.3% in it.
