Analysis on detection results of pre S1-Ag,HBV-DNA and HBeAg

[Objective] To discuss the duplication of hepatitis B virus(HBV) and suggest clinical diagnosis and treatment via comparison of correlation of HBV-DNA,HBeAg with HBV pre-S1 antigen.[Methods] For the 207 HBV-DNA positive patients,measure HBV pre-S1 antigen,HBeAg and Anti-HBe by ELISA and HBV-DNA by fluorescence quantitative PCR.[Results] In 207 HBV-DNA positive serum,the positive rate of HBV pre-S1 antigen in HBV-DNA positive and HBeAg positive was 70.5%;in HBV-DNA positive and Anti-HBe positive was 68.9%.The difference of the two groups was not significant.In low copies of HBV-DNA(103-106copies/ml),the positive rate of HBV pre-S1 antigen is 25.6%,HBeAg is 11.1%;in high copies of HBV-DNA,the positive rate of HBV pre-S1 is 41.1%,HBeAg is 46.3%.So in low copies,the positive of HBV pre S1 was higher than HBeAg.[Conclusions] HBV pre S1 antigen accompany with HBV-DNA.For the results of HBV-DNA positive and HBeAg negative,it is clinically significant to detect pre-S1 antigen in Hepatitis B immunological examination.
